How to let go?
Do you feel like you are never where you would like to be, with whom you would love to be? Is there anyone who wronged you in some ways? Do you feel stuck in your thoughts, and your mind is running in a circle? Do you think like you are moving around with a heavy burden in your shoulder?! It has been a long time that you have literally lost truck with your true self?! You don’t know who you are anymore and unhappiness it is your best friend, the only one you have been interacting with for quite some time now?! Do you need to let go of something but you don’t even remember when and how and what you should let go off?! Do you want to see yourself happy again? Would you like to attain something but it feels like you can’t?!
Let me tell you a story!
We are made by wishes and desires, this is how we function in our everyday life, whenever we get something, we reach out for some more, that’s our ego battle, because the ego can never truly be satisfied, so to speak it is very hungry. And no matter how hard you try you still don’t get the results you want, actually, Universe closes doors for you because you are being pushy…
When we want something we hold on to tight to it until we actually lose it or at worst we lose our-self down the process. The truth is we do not need to control anything, especially things we want the most, indeed the more we love something the more we got to let that go. Have you ever noticed that whenever we stop putting energy in something or someone they happen or they come back magically!
Have you ever noticed that when you don’t have expectations everything comes easier, relationships, career, money, friendships, and so on… and when we try to manifest from a place of conditioning they actually go further away. It is essential to be aware, but awareness brings with it so much responsibility, that’s the beauty and that’s the trick.
Now letting go it is not easy, and usually, the truth comes out when we start practicing it and when we want to change the results. Right?! Otherwise, why would you be here reading about letting go?!
In order to let go, you must learn how to forgive yourself first and foremost. Whatever you have done, or others have done to you, make sure to say to yourself I forgive you and mean it. (Even if they have wronged you).
Accept the truth to yourself and be honest, in your energy field, no one is watching you, whatever the feeling, approve it as it is without trying to change any grim.
Letting go means being open enough to expand and to self master yourself. Letting go does not mean to delete, remove, talk shit behind each other’s back, block each other, detach emotionally only to free our-self forever from that “disease”. On the contrary, if we don’t cure our-self, if we don’t get the right medications, nothing goes away by default.
Even though it seems paradoxical, we all know that letting go means to surrender and to go deep in our heart, deeper in our soul, to dare to engage both the light and the dark within, to accept every emotion frankly as it is, without changing a single thing.
Letting go means reaching a place of balance, being compassionate and trying to understand the motives behind behaviors, yours and of others there is always something beyond the surface we must discover. I know that sounds scary at first because the deeper we think we have to go the more we think we can’t bear the pain, but what we don’t know it is that the same pain it is our ticket to our freedom. It is our ticket to heaven unless we chose to be prisoners of our own emotions unless we want to keep things inside and let the remorse grow.
