I am in my power! 

I am in my power! This mantra is your magic wand!

Every day we leave the house with the same thoughts.

  • We feel sorry for our lovely pets left alone in the house,
  • We feel upset for our child is going to school and they will miss us, we will not be there to protect them when they need it,
  • We feel sadness when thinking we do not have enough time to see or to talk with our parents or siblings,
  • We are fueled with negative thoughts wondering if our partner is doing something unpleasant behind our back,
  • We feel unhappy when we cannot meet our friends,
  • We feel desperate when we cannot help someone in need when we cross paths with them,
  • We fight in the traffic and we say nasty words to one another,
  • We cannot stop overthinking for the situation that bothered us today at our work place, for the client that makes our life miserable,
  • We complain when we wait in line while grocery shopping. 

We cannot wait to go home to prepare ourselves for tomorrow, and before we go to sleep we are exhausted and can’t function properly, looking forward to go in our room so we can finally rest our body and our mind.

We can shut our brain for at least few hours, and to be a bit relieved from the day we left, recharging for the one that is coming. 

On one side, not all of us have the ability to tune with their surrounding and at times I believe that some of us are very lucky, because they block negativity before entering into their consciousness, never mind affecting their mood. 

Unfortunately, some are very intuitive, they unkowinlgy pick up others energies and they have the thinking pattern I just described.

So to speak, for those beautiful souls that struggle when they give their power away, having consideration for everything around them, there is a solution, in order for you to not lose yourself in the process of life, you have to claim your energy is returning to you right now. 

I call my energy back, I am in my power, repeat this several times until you will signal betterment and you will be comfortable in your shell.

When we worry, when we hold negative thoughts, when we are sorrowful, when we have the desire to make everyone happy, when we constantly and obsessively are thinking for another, we have got to stop, become aware of this way of relating and bringing the attention immediately into our body, focusing on our breathing, and removing unnecessary concerns, because we will waste our resources. 

“I have my power back and everything that is not mine I send it back to the sender”.

You have the key to your wellbeing! 

Your beliefs will change, instead you will say, my pet is having a nice alone time and it will be so much joy when we see one another by the end of the day.

My child is having a great time at school with his friends and is learning valuable things, so exciting to meet him when I come back from my commitments.

I am thrilled to see my friends as soon as I can and I know we have so much to share.

I know I don’t spend to much time with my family members but I always wish them well and whenever we can, we spend quality time.

I embrace my partners need for exploration and for growth so we can help each other expand and we have a great fulfilling relationship.

I send love to those whom I cannot help.

I send forgiveness to those I have had a petty dispute.

I send it back to the sender if someone is lingering in my mind without any particular reason. 

Acknowledge that every given moment we make a decision, to feel bad or to feel good, but you will not have a choice to make if you keep on throwing your power away, like it is nothing and you are not important. 


Thus, reclaim it and step in your depths, Universe is in charge, why striving for what is beyond your grasp?!
