Sensitive and emotionally unstable?!
How do I understand I am not grounded?
You know, human beings usually are familiar with a certain way of feeling and reacting to the degree they no longer know how to behave differently.
We get used to an emotional state, even if it is a wild rollercoaster but ironically to us it becomes the easiest road to follow.
As an intuitive empath and with psychic abilities that I am discovering each passing day, my biggest challenge has been to ground myself to the point if I could not feel that much life would be easier.
Yes, it is not the best to be very sensitive for long time, as you will relate with others in a flight or fight, take it or leave it, left or right, black or white kind of way, because you don’t wanna hurt anyone, but you do not want to hurt yourself either, you lack stability, therefore you can’t see clearly.
Moreover, you don’t want to suffer, but you would love to give the other a chance, you love to spend time by yourself because you don’t like to lose your independence and you don’t feel the other, yet you want to exchange and to share…
- You will know you are not grounded and emotions are getting the best out of you when you are becoming anxious. When you start overthinking and overreacting for things that might not as well happen.
- You have great intuition, but you decide to ignore it and to follow the path you know best, being logical, but your emotions are screaming out loud and so many are coming to the surface yours and not yours.
- You will know you are not grounded when you are attracted and repelled at the same time with the same person.
- You don’t prefer any drama but your unstable mind will make you go crazy and so you will project that to the other…I love you but I can’t be with you, I want to be with you, but I don’t know what I want and more.
I know it is hard to be sensitive, that’s why it is required from you to do some extra work compared to other less sensitive individuals.
You need to discipline yourself, meaning following a routine, eating well, sleeping well, taking care of your needs, praying, meditating, exercising, yoga, reiki or any kind of energy healing.
You might as well practice deep breathing, carrying grounding chakra stones, long baths with sea salt, sage your environment and yourself, spending time alone.
Organizing your thoughts is crucial to you and make peace with your senses, you must apply those above continuously, as you need to learn how to dance with your wilderness.
Since you often go from happiness to sadness within the same hour, so I know it is not comfortable but you have a choice, self-destructive life experiences or welcoming healthy boundaries with a more fulfilling lifestyle?
In case you believe you are having trouble standing still and finding balance within, practice and make it a habit feeling harmonious.
Notice how fast the urges to go or stay and the crossroads will narrow, you will progress from an undeveloped overwhelmed individual to a conqueror of your own destiny.
Your emotions are your superpower if you learn how to manage them properly, because they will help you to navigate wisely, knowing the journey you are in has nothing to do with another.
