I am thrilled by Scorpio Rising individuals, they are mysterious, they are intimidating, they are alluring and they are masters of their emotions when best developed. 

They say when a Scorpio Rising comes to life, someone close to them passes away or someone lives the house, people kind of step away from their life since they step outside in the world, that is how much powerful they are.
