The art of doing nothing!
When life is taking the best out of us, when we are drained by all that is happening, when it seems like we are going backward with our plans, when we are not functioning and probably we are getting sick, our body and our spirit it is showing us the roadblocks, we need to slow down!
It means we need to pay attention to our wellbeing, we need to reconnect with our senses, we need a reboot, otherwise our system it is going out of the track, out of control and we will face our own demons.
Life is taking control over us and we are losing our-self, because we were trying to go in a direction that was not meant to go, or faster than we should, so relax. Switch off, sleep more, go for a walk, take a long bath, travel in a peaceful place with not much to do. Try to find balance and ground yourself!
Do not worry, you will go to your destination, but do not forget to enjoy the journey, otherwise where is the point of going there in the first place, and no matter how hard you try to go faster, life will put you sticks and you will have to redo, fail, repeat, thus try to find joy in nothingness, be lazy, you deserve it, do not put so much pressure on yourself, make yourself a favour, breath and sleep for a while, after all, we know where we are going! Don’t we?!
Find beauty in doing nothing, you have to practice that, here and now, so you learn how to enjoy your ride smoother!
Today, or any other day you feel like you can’t take it any longer, do absolutely nothing at all, just be, minimalistic moves if possible, eat, sleep and rest effortlessly!
When you learn how to be there, you will see how fast you will recover and you will be more inspired than you were before, you might even change your mind for decisions you should not take if you were not in alertness. Love yourself! ❤️❤️❤️
